YWCA - Ramallah
Branch
The YWCA of Ramallah, established in 1985, is one of three
branches of the YWCA of Palestine.
It offers activities, projects and programs open to its
members, to women in general, and most particularly to children
and youth. The Ramallah
YWCA offers a range of programs designed to help women and youth
develop skills that are in demand in the labor market and useful
in the community. |

These
programs include vocational training opportunities, cultural and
social activities, knowledge and information about physical and
psychological health, and political and economic awareness.
Participation in these programs helps women develop and add to
the basic skills they have learned while in secondary school,

knowledge and expertise for benefiting them personally, their
families and their communities. In Ramallah the staff forms
both an educational and an administrative team. |
