The YWCA of Palestine is a member-based organization and continuously strives to expand its membership base, especially of the younger generation so as to ensure its continuity and to offer its services to the Palestinian women and community in general.
By becoming a YWCA member, you contribute to the YWCA's mission in Palestine to empower women, improve their economic independence, and enhance their participation in the society. Members are expected to help the YWCA through donations, fundraising, membership fees, volunteering time and / or support and actively promoting YWCA causes, activities, and services.
Currently, there are 132 members in Ramallah YWCA branch, 65 members in Jericho YWCA branch, and 120 members in Jerusalem YWCA branch. We are always looking forward to increasing the number of our members and involving them in our work.

 There is something for at the "Y" for everyone:

  • Women: Educational training, skill training, workshops, awareness campaigns, and recreational activities.

  • Youth: Workshops, trainings, internships, programs, and international exchanges.

  • Children: Summer Camps, and a children's play center which will accommodate children drama, theatre, Video library, and other play activities.
